I’m loving this book by Sanaya Roman that I picked up at TAC.
As always, here’s an excerpt that called out to me:
“You never do anything that is not in some way an attempt to bring more light into your life.
You can go back to any crisis and see that a new self, a new part of you was born. It is a stronger and clearer part, a part that is more committed to your life, your truth, your growth.
You may be setting up a crisis right now, a challenge or dilemma, to prepare for the birth of a new self. You are always going for the light. You may have interpreted what you did as not being the best you could do, so it is important to go back and change your vision, release and forgive yourself, and see what you learned. Look at what qualities the situation is developing or developed in you. It may be leading you to a deeper truth or helping you learn about what you want by experiencing what you don’t want. You may be learning to see your own light and to become more powerful, assertive, and clearly focused. Whatever you think you are not, you are working on becoming. Whatever any of you are asking for right now, you will have, but it may not come in the way you expect it.”
