Hahhah! Yeah, DON’T finish reading that Miriam Toews book. It’s sooooooo dryyyyy……. I only finished it cuz I was like, ” WTF. end already.” Yeah “blink” is all the rage in literary circles isn’t it? when it first came out, my prof was ranting about how he thought Gladwell’s thesis was “preposterous.” But I kinda think in some circumstances it must have some validity — the big example always is in relationships (be it frienship or romantic). Sometimes you just ‘know’ if you’re gonna get along with that person. I haven’t read it…but “The Tipping Point” is the next book on my list to read. Let me know how “Blink ” goes…I’d be interested to hear a girl’s opinion. B/c all my friends who’ve read it are guys.
