“They won’t remember what you say, they won’t remember what you do.  But they will remember how you made them feel.”

I think people really underestimate how they make people feel at any particular moment.  To them, harsh or kind words may mean nothing, but to the receiver, it could mean the world.  and as that wise chinese phrase goes, once spoken, you can never take them back.  So, … yes… let’s sound old and wise here… be careful what you say and how you treat people cuz you may never get a second chance.
